This song came from a dream of a young woman running from her broken life, and making one bad decision after another, not knowing how to stop. In the dream, the FATHER was calling out to her to stop believing lies and come back home to him.
I see her running on a concrete ‘jungle’… Darkness is looming, I see her feet almost running, her heels, her worn down dirty canvas shoes moving to a rhythm that she's so used to it's almost as if they have a mind of their own. Her soul wants something different but she's lost, she doesn't know where to go. The call of the Father is mournful and dripping with love and intent. He knows the answer, will she listen?
The song is a reminder that there is always hope. He is always calling out to us, and when we turn and listen, He will show us a way out of our pain and troubles back to home, back to His heart. I pray you will always remember there is HOPE and you are LOVED! Please reach out if you need help.
